POLA PERSEBARAN CATERING INDUSTRY DI KOTA BUKITTINGGI

Abstrak

This study aims to describe and analyze 1) the distribution patterns of catering industry, 2) the accessibility of attractions to the catering industry in Bukittinggi. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative methods. The study was conducted in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra Province. The total population of 65 catering industries and sampling using a total sampling technique of 65 catering industries. Data collection techniques using the method of observation. The analysis technique uses Nearest Neighbor Analysis and Network Analyst. The results of this study are 1) the distribution pattern of catering industry that is clustered with a ratio of 0.776567. 2) the accessibility of attractions to the catering industry in the form of road conditions and the availability of public transportation. The average road conditions are paved and several attractions are bypassed by public transportation.
