KAJIAN GEOGRAFI POLITIK TENTANG HASIL PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN TAHUN 2015

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) distribusi keruangan perolehan suara pasangan calon kepala daerah Kabupaten Solok Selatan tahun 2015, 2) faktor sosiologis pemilih pada pemilihan kepala daerah Kabupaten Solok Selatan tahun 2015. Penelitian  ini berjenis deskriptif kualitatif. Metode dalam penelitian dengan mixed methods. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Solok Selatan dengan populasi sebanyak 76.800 pemilih dengan sampel sebanyak 100 pemilih. Sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, 1) terdapat segresi distribusi suara dimana pasangan H. Muzni Zakaria dan H. Abdur Rahman menguasai Kabupaten Solok Selatan di bagian Barat sedangkan pasangan H. Khairunnas dan Edi Susanto menguasai Kabupaten Solok Selatan dibagian Timur, 2) Faktor sosiologis pemilih seperti agama tidak menjadi pertimbangan pemilih didalam menentukan hak politiknya sedangan faktor sosiologis pemilih seperti umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, suku dan tingkat pendapatan pemilih ditemukan menjadi pertimbangan pemilih didalam menentukan pilihan politiknya.

This study aims to determine 1) spatial distribution of votes for the candidate pairs of South Solok Regency regional heads in 2015, 2) sociological factors of voters in the election of regional heads of South Solok Regency in 2015. This research was a qualitative descriptive type. Methods in research with mixed methods. This research was conducted in South Solok Regency with a population of 76,800 voters with a sample of 100 voters. The study sample used the Slovin formula. The results showed, 1) there was a segregation of the sound distribution where the couple H. Muzni Zakaria and H. Abdur Rahman controlled South Solok Regency in the West while H. Khairunnas and Edi Susanto pair controlled the South Solok Regency in the East, 2) Sociological factors of voters such as religion is not considered by the voters in determining their political rights while the sociological factors of voters such as age, sex, education, occupation, ethnicity and voter income level are found to be considered by voters in determining their political choices.
