KOMPARASI PENDAPATAN PETANI KARET DI KECAMATAN KOTO BESAR DAN KECAMATAN PULAU PUNJUNG KABUPATEN DHARMASRAYA

Abstrak

This study aims to determine: Income received by rubber farmers in Koto Besar District and PulauPunjung District. This type of research belongs to comparative quantitative research. The population of this study were all farmers with main livelihoods as rubber farmers totaling 114 in Koto Besar District and 132 in PulauPunjung District. Samples were taken using random sampling. The author chose the area determined as a sample taken one nagari with the criteria for the most rubber farmers in Koto BesarSubdistrict that is 29 and in PulauPunjung District which is 33. Data collection using questionnaires, the analysis used is Descriptive Statistics using percentage formulas. The results showed that the results of the study showed that The income earned by rubber farmers in Koto Besar District is 93% under Rp. 18,000,000 / year which includes Rp. 5,048,000-17,048,000 while in PulauPunjung sub-district that is 85% under Rp. 18,000,000/year covering Rp. 6,755,000-16,732,000 where the income is classified as low income.
