R Analisis Bahaya Bencana Gempa Bumi di Wilayah Kota Gunungsitoli

Abstrak

The aim of this study was to find: 1) Distribution of the value of Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) from earthquake source subduction in the Nias-Simeuleu segmen and the Batu segment in Gununsitoli City. 2) Distribution of regional hazard level to earthquake in Gunungsitoli City.

The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with quantitative approaches and spatial analysis. Quantitative descriptive analysis aims to provide an overview of the power that has been obtained. Whereas spatial analysis aims to describe the distribution of levels and types of hazards in the Gunungsitoli City areas. The method used in spatial analysis is the overlay and weighted sum method which refers to Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 21 Tahun 2007.

The results of the calculation of Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) value with the Deterministic Seismic Hazard Analysis (DSHA) method show a range of variations between 204,80 gal-290,74 gal. The Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) value in the highest value group has an area of 3964,87 Ha. while the Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) in the lowest value group has an area of 96,88 Ha. The distribution of regional hazard levels to earthquake in Gunungsitoli City consists of three classes, namely low, medium and high hazards. Low area hazards (type A) are spread in Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli Alo’oa District, Gunungsitoli Barat District, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District and Gunungsitoli Selatan District with a total area of 4251,00 Ha. Medium area hazards (type B and C) is spread in Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli Alo’oa District, Gunungsitoli Barat District, Gunungsitoli Idanoi District, Gunungsitoli Selatan District and Gunungsitoli Utara District with a total area of 20362,68 Ha. High area hazards (type D and type E) spread in Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli Alo’oa District, Gunungsitoli Barat District, Gunungsitoli Selatan District and Gunungsitoli Utara District with a total area of 3173,13 Ha.
