PENERAPAN PENILAIAN PORTOFOLIO DI SMA NEGERI 1 X KOTO KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR

Abstract
This study aims 1) to obtain data and explain the application of portfolio assessment at SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, 2) to obtain data and analyze the extent to which the level of application of portfolio assessment at SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, 3) to obtain data and explain the obstacles found. in the portfolio assessment process at SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, 4) to obtain data and explain the efforts made so that the implementation of portfolio assessment at SMA Negeri 1 X Koto goes well. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The population and sample in this study were subject teachers at SMA Negeri 1 X Koto.sampling technique used was Total Sampling with a sample of 37 teachers and 1 curriculum representative. Data were collected through observation instruments, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the application of portfolio assessment at SMA Negeri 1 X Koto, namely the results of the analysis of the level of application of portfolio assessment, there were three aspects, namely the portfolio assessment stage as much as 53% with the category applied well, portfolio materials as much or 58% with the category well applied, and a recapitulation of portfolio assessment as much as 63% with the category applied quite well. Thus the percentage of the overall level of application of portfolio assessment at SMA Negeri 1 X Koto is 58% with the category being well applied. Constraints found are time, storage and teacher ability. An effort to make portfolio assessment run well is to hold socialization and training for teachers to understand more deeply about portfolio assessment.
