ANALISIS IMPLIKASI STANDAR KOMPETENSI LULUSAN (SKL) PADA RPP MATA PELAJARAN GEOGRAFI DI SMA N KOTA PAYAKUMBUH

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implikasi SKL pada RPP mata pelajaran Geografi dalam dimensi pengetahuan yang terdiri dari pengetahuan faktual, konseptual, prosedural dan metakognitif di SMA N Kota Payakumbuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, informan penelitian adalah guru, wakil kurikulum dan siswa kelas X IPS SMA Negeri Kota Payakumbuh berjumlah 27 orang. Menentukan informan dengan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis dokumen dan wawancara. Teknik analisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Teknik keabsahan data dengan menggunakan tringulasi. Penelitian menghasilkan Implikasi pada: 1) dimensi pengetahuan faktual umumnya sudah ada pada RPP guru. Namun guru SMA 1 Kota Payakumbuh tidak menuliskan pada RPP karena tidak sempat membuat RPP merevisi RPP sebelumnya, tetapi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran disampaikan. 2) Dimensi pengetahuan konseptual secara umum telah tercantum pada RPP. Tetapi pengetahuan klasifikasi dan kategori serta prinsip dan generalisasi tidak ada karena guru kurang paham. Namun dalam pembelajaran guru sudah semakin dekat dengan ujian semester. 4) Dimensi pengetahuan metakognitif sebagian guru sudah menuliskan dalam RPP. Dua guru lainya tidak, karena belum paham penggunaan pengetahuan metakognitif dalam.

The purpose of this research was to find out the implikation of SKL on RPP in Geography subject in the dimention of knowledge that consist of factual knowledge, conceptual, procedural, and metacognitive at SMA N Payakumbuh City. Design of this research was qualitative study. The informants of the research were teacher, assistant principal of curriculum, and students of X IPS class SMA N Payakumbuh city total 27informants.the informants were determined by using purposive sampling. The technique of data analiysis was data reduction, data display, and data verification. The technique of validity used tringulation. The result showed that: 1)The dimention of factual knowledge was generaly already in the RPP. However the teachers at SMA N 1 Payakumbuh City did not have time to revise the previous RPP but it has been implemented in learning process. 2)the dimention of conceptual knowledge was generally already in the RPP, but classification knowledge, categories principles and generalitations did not exist because the teacher did not understand. 3) the dimention of procedural knowledge was not in the RPP, exept the teacher at SMA N 2 Payakumbuh City, because the material was difficult to observe and experiment, and also the research did not have enough time. 4) some of the teachers have written the dimention of metacognitive knowedge in the RPP. Two other teachers did not becausenot understood the usd of metacognitive knowledge in making RPP.
