Abstrak

The purpose of this research was (1) Knowing the attitudes, knowledge of students about Geographical insights and skills of students across the interests of Geography at Padang State High School 4, (2) Describing the process of implementing cross-geography interest learning in Padang 4 Public High School. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study consisted of (a) all students and teachers who taught classes across geographic interests at Padang 4 Public High School. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study is class XI MIPA 1 and one teacher who teaches. The analysis techniques used are test instruments and interviews. This study found that: (1) The average score of class attitudes across the interests of Geography in Padang Public High School 4 has shown a good category and the value of skills has also been in the excellent category. While the value of the average knowledge of students across geographic interests is still in almost enough categories. (2) The process of implementing learning that is most influential in class across geographic interests is the way the teacher presents learning material and teacher teaching methods.
